This FIRE Pack contains FOUR high intensity Relentless Training 24 video tracks: Trav HIIT Trav Resistance Savage HIIT Savage Resistance Also included are Warm Up and Cool Down videos, and audio versions of the tracks. Please note:
- Resistance tracks will need a weight accompaniment i.e weight plate, kettlebell, dumbbell.
- These tracks are for personal use only. Use in a class environment is forbidden.
