  • This FIRE Pack contains FOUR high intensity Relentless Training 24 video tracks: Trav HIIT Trav Resistance Savage HIIT Savage Resistance Also included are Warm Up and Cool Down videos, and audio versions of the tracks. Please note:
    • Resistance tracks will need a weight accompaniment i.e weight plate, kettlebell, dumbbell.
    • These tracks are for personal use only. Use in a class environment is forbidden.
    • Please consult with your doctor or GP before you take part in high intensity exercises. 
    Each track is approx a 24 minute video workout, complete with voiceover cues, which means you can follow along whilst learning the correct form and movements for the exercises.
