  • Resistance tracks will need a weight accompaniment i.e weight plate, kettlebell, dumbbell.
  • These tracks are for personal use only. Use in a class environment is forbidden.

Each track is approx a 24 minute video workout, complete with voiceover cues, which means you can follow along whilst learning the correct form and movements for the exercises.
